Unlike most insurance brokers, we have tie-ups with many insurance companies which makes it easy for our colleagues to provide the best price and product to our customers. We also provide ample leads to our Sales Executives such that they have enough opportunities of personal growth without being dependent on generating leads by themselves.
• Minimum one year of sales experience in Canada
• Excellent communication skills – English is must, Any other language is an add-on
• Proven track record of relationship building skills
• Lead generation
• Successful closing of leads provided by firm
• Learning the products and attaining various industry certifications and credentials
This is a commissioned position where there will be different commission slabs for business generated through leads generated by yourself and through company provided leads. Applicants who are not having Alberta General Insurance Level 1 license will be trained to get one and eventually Level 2 license. All the training and exam cost will be paid by the company after successful completion of course.
This job is based in Calgary and requires coming to the office physically minimum four days a week.
